My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. We remembered to ask during one our times eating but forgot during another time and during my spa service so unfortunately we did not receive the discount. "We wanted a quiet few days away from the crowds. The hotel facilitates a shuttle to the busier parts of the island for a change of pace. Can't be any more complimentary if the staff. They were outstanding. "
