"Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels. "the breakfast is continental with some hot options like microwave breakfast sandwiches and a pancake machine which makes very tiny pancakes. The rooms are clean. We had a problem with the bathroom fan making a clicking noise all the time even when off. We had to close the bathroom door when we slept at night. "
