"We paid extra for covered parking but there weren’t enough spaces. Their garage was almost always full. Frustrating to search for alternative parking late at night. Staff was helpful and refunded our parking charge."

"It was close to Mayo Clinic which was the reason we were there. It’s an older hotel and its age is starting to show. We had a few problems with our room which were fixed the following day but no housekeeping. Maybe housekeeping is only every few days? We did not eat in their restaurants so cannot comment on them."

"Under heavy construction and cleaning. Seems they had water damage that was being repaired. Alot of industrial equipment and loud fans throughout the halls making passing through difficult and noisy. "

"The breakfast area had a smaller selection. There were no high chairs and when asked the staff said “nope, no need for them. Feed them on the couch.” We also asked for a tray to bring some food back and a different staff member told us “trays were unnecessary and we should be lucky they allow us to bring food back to the room today.” So two days in a row of unfortunate breakfasts. The rooms were older, but still clean. The hotel was older, but average overall. "

"They have a great continental breakfast, and Famous Dave’s right through the Lobby. There is a small exercise room, a pool & a hot tub. It is comfortable, and the staff is courteous & accommodating. "

"I’ve stayed there twice now in the last few months. I go to the Mayo, I also have a small dog. Very friendly staff. I truly recommend this place. 😊❤️"
