Top Southwest Austin Hotel Reviews

Hyatt House Austin/Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was great. From check in. To cleaning staff. To the breakfast served. If going to any event at Moody Center. Its a short 20 minute walk. I highly recommend this place. Hotel only offers valet service 45 regular vehicle. 55 for my truck per night. So instead we opted to park on the street and pay 2.00 an hour between 8am-12am. It is also close to the famous 6th street."

Hotel Van Zandt

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. However, the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs and general refurbishment. Surprisingly, the restaurant was closed to regular hotel guests during breakfast because it was reserved for delegates attending a conference. As a result, other guests were unable to enjoy a proper breakfast. Breakfast also starts at 8 a.m. on weekends, which is rather inconvenient. Apart from these issues, it is a good hotel overall."
