"The room was fabulous, the bed was divine! The buffet breakfast was awesome! The staff...well some were super helpful and well, others - they almost looked like they would rather be at home than help us. That was the only negative thing I have. But overall highly recommended!! Would stay again, if we made it back to Bryce Canyon National Park!!"

"We were in Room 420 and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed just one night but really considered a second night just to explore Hurricane UT. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The room had comfy beds but lacked some amenities for bathroom and was older needing some TLC. The staff was very nice, and informative. Breakfast had a good variety each morning.. Unfortunately you can hear everything in hall, next rooms and upstairs. We might stay again, but will plan for necessities."

"Check in took 15 minutes while they tried to find and verify an empty room…..Staff was excellent otherwise. Good and convenient location. Our 2 story building did not have an elevator."

"Room was clean, staff fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Location could not have been better, literally right before the park. Spa was literally half full and decrepit- completely falling apart. Noticed quite a bit of dog poop and trash. Would stay again but for the price would really like to see the property align with value. "
