They don’t provide any service, no one to help with the luggage. The breakfast was the worst. The fruits were completely spoiled. The eggs were cold. The cold cuts were terrible. Just a waist of money.

Hotel Mondo is a clean functional modern hotel with a large dining hall and indoor swimming pool and a gym next door, a supermarket is also located very near the site which came in handy for every day items I needed. The staff we're helpful and engaging & friendly. Although the hotel isn't bang central to the main tourism area (although not that far) it does help you get a good feel for Split and what its about which is quite important to me

After reading the reviews about poor customer service, I was ready to cancel my booking. However, I was unable to find another hotel on short notice at this price. Upon arrival, I was buzzed into the car lot and greeted with a smile from Ivana. She most certainly exceeded my expectations of service. She was pleasant, professional, and efficient creating a smooth check in process. My room had two twin beds, which were comfortable. The pillows were thick & plush. You can control the temperature. There is a mini bar in the room. I did enjoy watching some American channels- you have to use the LANG button to switch Nickelodeon to English. And, only certain shows can be switched. The hotel is a 5 minute drive and 26 minutes walk to the Old Town. The walk is tolerable with children 8 and up. This property is a 26 minutes drive to Klis Fortress and The Olive Museum. The pool is deep and probably not suitable for young children without floating devices & parental supervision. It is a very nice pool nonetheless. Breakfast was ok. The kitchen staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. I was really shocked by the quality of service. My only issue was the cleanliness of my room. I knew towels weren't changed out as the evidence of filth was clearly visible. We were lacking wash cloths. The tub was filthy. The cleaning staff are not cleaning the rooms thoroughly. There is no reason why we left with dirty towels- good thing we had ours with us. Overall, good hotel-bring your own linen.

Wouldn’t recommend
Soulless hotel with awful rooms and lumpy hard pillows. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff were super nice though. Ordered food and it was more or less inedible. Poor experience overall.

Amazing time at Hotel Mondo
Amazing location just literally 8 mins away from city centre. No need to rent out a car as uber or bolt were cheap. Staff at the hotel were really really friendly and the best thing is they are always there to help no matter what time you go to them. They explained everything in detail. Really accommodating. Hotel had a really good chill out spot to unwind from the days excursions or just to chill out during the hot times. Already decided to book this place next time i go split.

Industrial block
This was business building converted into a hotel. It is away from everything and not in a good part of town. The airconditioning would not turn down and we cooked all night, opened the window but that let the mozzies in. The breakfast and dinner were fine. Flat old pillows but thats the norm for europe. Taxi ride every time to go to town or beach as the bus does not run there on a regular basis. Business guests its fine but not for holiday.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, hatte eine defekte Elektroinstallation (kaputte Lampe, für Strom im Zimmer musste man immer die Sicherung raus nehmen und wieder einschalten), die Vorhänge waren nicht gewaschen und klebten an einer losen Fußbodenleiste fest.

Superbe hotel avec une très belle piscine intérieure en inox. Excellent petit déjeuner Très calme L'environnement est une zone industrielle mais nous le savions. Très pratique pour stationner et aller au centre de Split en voiture. Il suffit de se garer à l'extrémité du port pour joindre le centre à pied par une jolie balade à pied.

Gutes Hotel
Der erste Eindruck vom Hotel war sehr ernüchternd. Mitten im Industriegebiet gelegen ist es aber ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Sehr sauber mit kleinem Pool und Sauna. Das Frühstück übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen .Die Innenstadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Hôtel génial, à recommander !
Hôtel super avec grand parking sur place, superbe piscine, et à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la vieille ville de Split ! Pratique pour visiter Split car circulation très difficile, et peu de parking ! Prendre un Uber de l’hôtel est une bonne option, pour pas cher ! Petit déjeuner varié et copieux !

Très bon séjour
L’hôtel est accessible uniquement par voiture, vous aurez besoin de la voiture pour tous déplacement restauration plage,…. . Par conte c’est gagnant vu le prix de l’hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le centre ville est à 10’ de voiture donc pratique. Hôtel très pratique et confortable.
