"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This was my 3rd trip to Jamaica, and I wanted to try something different from the expensive all inclusive resorts. After my experience here, I won't be booking resorts again. "I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. "The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. Would be nice to know this is a gated community and a rental car is needed to get groceries, get to swimming pool or eat out."

"First time staying in Jamaica and Couples Tower Isle did not disappoint! From the time we arrived at the airport their team did a fantastic job making sure my wife and I were taken care of. The food was amazing! The resort is very well laid out and the room was fantastic. The team once we got on site through the week was great. We loved the water sports which is all included. Highly recommend taking advantage of that. The beach front was great. So peaceful, perfect to just relax and enjoy the great weather. "
