Very lovely place. Only one issue, we had four guests in the room and was given towels for two. Otherwise everything was great.

The Royalton property was lovely and the pool and beach was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and wonderful. The food was ok but if you can’t do steps this is not the place for you, although there were trams to escort people as needed. I would highly recommend and would return.

What was unique about the property was the fact that all the staff was very, very pleasant and accommodating. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay and appreciated the efforts made by Jackie, Guest Services Manager, the F&B Manager along with the Chef at Grazzie Restaurant to make it a special and memorable evening for us. We just can’t forget Lisa whose smile and genuine personality will be forever etched in our minds for she went above and beyond to secure the peanut butter for our nutmeg and peanut butter shake. Also, special mention of Simon our bellman, Kinnesha and Tracey at the Front Desk along with the lovely service crew (hostesses, wait staff & bus boys) in Gourmet Marche the buffet restaurant. We also can’t forget Ronnie the server from the Lobby Bar who made a special effort to refill your beverage and tidy the area along the way and Naomi, hostess for Taj & Ma Maison restaurant. We say thank you to everyone for making our experience a memorable one.

Coffee maker never worked I couldn’t iron my clothes, there was no Iron. The steamer was dirty. The food was very good. Shower was good.

The property is nice, but the staff were a little unprofessional. The cleaning staff accidentally left my door open all day after cleaning and places around the resort were not clean.

I enjoyed my stay here but the only reason I rated overall rating a 4 is because one evening the fire alarm in our area went off for over a minute.we exited our room and only one other couple made their way down as we thought something must obviously wrong if the fire alarm is going off. No security or other staff member came to check and inform guests that the area was safe to renter. Guests just stayed in their room. I was unbelievably angry and concerned at the clear lack of emergency response protocols. I spoke with the head of security that evening and he was sweet and apologized but I also told him that the hotel needs to do better in this area and let guests know what’s happening even if there was no fire, an alarm went off for a long time. What if something was really wrong? Otherwise stay was great. Staff was lovely. Enjoyed the restaurants and the beach.

We booked a luxury sea view room, for 3 adults, we got a king bed, it took 90 minutes to change our room, then there was no toiletries, no soap.. The food at the Italian restaurant was good, the main buffet was ordinary. Staff at the restaurants were good, especially at the Italian restaurant.

Unfortunately, we didn't fully enjoy our stay at the Royalton. I don't think the Diamond Club upgrade was worth the expense and it was far from "luxury." While it was a beautiful view and we loved being so close to the beach, we were very disappointed with the Diamond Club "amenities" including the butler service. There seemed to be constant miscommunications and requests were only accommodated half of the time. It was almost as if our requests (turn down service, bucket of ice, late check out, etc.) were an inconvenience. There also was very much to be desired when it came to room service (long wait for food that looked nothing like photos); check-in/check-out (some staff were not warm/friendly/helpful and check-in took much longer than it should have); and understanding what made the Diamond Club any different from the other parts of the resort especially when it seemed much more crowded/overbooked. However, we did love the spa services and there were a few staff members, like Shaquille and Jay, that were extremely nice and made sure we made the most of our stay. While we would definitely come back to Grenada--I doubt we will be coming back to this property.

Excellent food, Restaurant Manager Yuvi onsite helping out. Lots of local options. Bae service Excellent. The staff at royalton works really hard. I would rate this hotel 5 stars. The grounds were great and the staff, wonderful. The food was not very good, nor were there many options to choose from, especially as a vegetarian. My friend got food poisoning, and she never one to get sick.

Its location near the airport. The staff was coureous and accomadating as we had arrived early at 8.30am and our room would not be ready before 3 pm. The front desk then made a rush call for room to be ready and by 1.15 pm we got our room. I did not like the fact that there is no elevator in the buildings and as such we had to walk up and down stairs to get to our room which was on 3rd. Floor. This is an issue with many guests who are older.

Everything was wonderful. I traveled alone as a single woman and did not feel uncomfortable. I stayed in the Diamond Club, which, in my opinion, is a must if you are traveling as a single female. My butlers, Mary and Milano, always checked up on me, made my dinner reservations, and took good care of me. The administrative team was friendly, attentive and professional. The place was well run. Vanessa did an excellent job cleaning my room. All the buggy drivers, Akim and his twin to name a few, were friendly and very helpful transporting me around the resort. I, also, enjoyed the variety of food and restaurants. I can go on and on, but just want to say go Diamond Club and you will have a great time.

The resort was really nice, the front desk staff wasn’t knowledgeable to things they should’ve been. Staff in restaurants have different rules on attire to eat. I would never go back there

Good hotel with a wide selection of food in tbe buffet. Mansion, the Indians restaurant and Italian had minimal portions. The Italian restaurant is totally disorganized. Once seated there is no service. Our hotel room floor was filthy from the moment we arrived through checkout. Pool restaurant opened at 12:30 vs 12 as posted. Fitness was excellent!

Beautiful beach area with great snorkeling. Friendly staff. Food was okay in terms of variety but they could work to make it more tasty. The Indian cuisine was terrible.

The workers were courteous, helpful and always willing to help with a smile. The restaurants were average with the Italian being the worst. With regards to the beverages, the quality of the alcohol available for consumption was below average. The wine selection was horrendous and I had the pleasure of tasting them and they tasted like vinegar. Need to improve the quality of the offering.

The staff is great and the grounds are nice, and the room was what we expected. The food however is very disappointing. I had half thawed croissant for breakfast, and the Italian food at Grazie is offensive. The restaurant reservation process is not very convenient, you have to show up right when they open in person and reserve tables which somehow are already booked till 7:30. The food experience needs significant improvement, and introducing some local Grenadian food would be nice.

In my personal opinion the problems here are a result of "corporate culture", not the nice staff who try. Here's my experience through my eyes. 1) upon registering they strike fear into you by procalaiming a fine if you lose your wrist band. That was a topic of discussion among - the anxiety of having this over your head when being supposed to relax. 2) The diamond club is a joke. It is a caste system with no real difference and you are reminded so all the time. Don't upgrade to it. 3) I am not an epicurean, but the food and presentation is shockingly for me below acceptable. 4) We had to remind to get our room cleaned half the time. The other half the time they forgot towels. 5) Useable portion of beach without rocks is minimal. 6) They have entertainment, but have a propensity to blast the amps so loud that you really can't hear or discern. Too bad: they had a great violinist who could not even hear herself play. The Vibe staff, though they are supposed to be cheer leaders for the fun, humiliated me when I wore a nice wind breaker to the restaurants due the excessively low temps they refuse to adjust. Usually there are vacant tables at the buffet, but a long line to get in because of the very slow replacement of food. The nice couples we met had belly aches from the food. Portion control and cost containment on steroids is overdone. They also hire circulating sophisticated apologists where money could be used better elsewhere. Nice sand/water. Just my opinion.
