"This hostel is a fantastic place to stay if you wish to be centrally located in Chinatown and close to all forms of public transit. The room was perfectly adequate, with the exception of the a/c which was fabulous. I wouldn't consider what they offered in the morning as breakfast (bread, jam, peanut butter, cereal), but it was free. They offered instant coffee and tea all day. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. I would stay here again!"

"We stayed for a total of 5 nights. Honestly speaking, I found the room to be a little cramped. Unfortunately, we found the remains of a previous guest's dinner in our fridge so we had to ask for this to be removed. The hotel offered us a complimentary taxi ride back to the airport due to this, which we appreciated. Unfortunately we had a few issues throughout our stay. Three of us (2 adults and one toddler) were staying in the room, yet we were only left with 2 towels each day, resulting in a phonically to reception every day, requesting a bath towel. On the final day, I actually had to write a note to ask for.3 towels, which was not done. On one day, we also returned to our hotel room to find food crumbs still on the desk (from the morning) and the dirty bowls we had used, still left in the room. Whenever we had requested anything, it took at least 20-45 minutes for anyone to show up to the room. On one occasion, I had to chase some cutlery we had requested after 45 minutes. There was also a socket in our room which was not working. Location of this hotel was good but for me, that was about it. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone as I feel you could probably have a better room and service elsewhere."
