Every member of staff we encountered, from arrival onwards, demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism and friendliness, making us feel completely at home and ensuring a memorable stay. We particularly want to highlight Agnes in the Pacific Club lounge for her outstanding hospitality and the wonderful care she showed our young son."
