"We absolutely loved our stay at the Paradox. The pre-check in meant our actual check in was so quick. The staff were lovely throughout the stay. The property is in the most convenient location for access to Clarke Quay and the MRT making getting around Singapore easy and cost-effective. Our room overlook the river which was just lovely. We had a baby and the staff set up a cot with a gorgeous care package for her as well as a really sweet dragon baby towel. Which she had fun getting round in. The hotel looks like it’s been repainted since the last photos and is very fresh and clean. we had a lovely afternoon by the pool relaxing as well. Will definitely be staying here and would recommend this property. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. They allowed us early check in. The room was cleaned every day. Location was excellent with a local shopping mall and free shuttle bus service to another nearby mall and MRT. The wild wild wet water park was great for kids and adults alike. Nearby park, bicycles to rent and places for BBQ, the list goes on."

"Excellent service from reception staff both on check in and check out, both times going out of their way to help with rooms and late check out. Fantastic location next to Chinatown and transport and great buffet breakfast. Recommended! "

"We loved our stay in Singapore and the Furama suited our needs. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and the kids playground on the main floor. We also enjoyed the pool facilities and made use of the laundry room too. We knew upon check in that the room Would only be serviced after the third night of stay, but at a minimum I requested that the bins were emptied daily due to one of my children still needing nappies (and who wants the smells for all that time?) This wasn’t done however, and we had to ring to get the bins emptied on the 4th day. I think 3 days between room servicing for a ‘hotel’ is probably too long. "
