"Room was perfectly clean and well serviced all of the facilities were great. My only complaint would be the price of drinks in the bars however this hotel isn’t on its own in that regard."

"Pan Pacific was amazing from start to finish. The service was impeccable — quick, efficient and genuinely warm, with every member of staff going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The Singapore Slings were delicious, and the pool staff deserve a special mention for being attentive without ever being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Food throughout the hotel was tasty and very reasonably priced for the quality, and the location is excellent — it really speaks for itself. A wonderful stay and somewhere we would happily return to."

"Room is very clean and the amenities are second to none. The staff are all wonderful from the concierge with Ry Anne and Irina (hopefully I have their names spelled correctly) to the room stewards (1758 first time and 1852 the second time). Your employees are all very professional and did their job to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Great and outstanding hotel for the rates or amount customers pay.. Just outstanding!"

"Whiskey bar, yet appropriate for all ages. Quiet, calm in the middle of a busy and vibrant part of Little India. We arrived very early (9 a.m.) yet were allowed to check in after a brief wait for housekeeping to clean the room. Bottled water offered both in the room and at the front desk. "
