"This hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The location is also fantastic; it’s right next to a shopping mall and food court, and it’s close to some of the city’s most famous attractions. We were so lucky to enjoy a lion dance right in our hotel during the Lunar New Year celebration. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Singapore. "

"Really enjoyed our stay over the 3 days. Room which was on the 13th floor was spotless and immacultely cleaned every day ( if you wanted it cleaned every day ). Everyone from the reception staff to the room housekeeping staff were always polite and courteous. The pool was quiet for the most part, so plenty of loungers to be had. Would def recommend. In a great location aa well right across from Raffles "

"Clean room, gotten free upgrade during check-in, breakfast is average and there is a small area beside the reception which is popular with kids. Too bad the indoor playground is only open from Thursday to Sunday."
