The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though it was smaller than anticipated. Despite the compact size, the facilities were clean and the ambience pleasant. While there were no particular highlights provided, the overall impression of the hotel is one of quality service and a relaxing atmosphere. The minor issue of the room size did not significantly affect my enjoyment of the stay. "Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean, we did have a maintenance problem (towel rail dropped down when maid was placing towels on it, she was most apologetic) it was dealt with straight away. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers. There was a wide choice of dishes at breakfast & we aimed to try something different each day. The location was just right for us not too far from a MRT station. "
