Chinatown Hotels with Swimming Pool

"I'm not usually one to write reviews, but credit is absolutely due here. This was our second visit, and while the hotel itself is impeccably clean with well-appointed rooms and a fantastic location, it's the staff who truly make this place stand out. Every member of staff we encountered, from arrival onwards, demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism and friendliness, making us feel completely at home and ensuring a memorable stay. We particularly want to highlight Agnes in the Pacific Club lounge for her outstanding hospitality and the wonderful care she showed our young son."

"Surprisingly good than I expected. Maybe because I’ve been hurt so much by the hotels in the US with the same price. Location is good, convenient to Chinatown, restaurants, grocery store, and even pharmacies. Very clean, staff and friendly and professional. "

"Our first time in Singapore and we were very impressed. The location is an easy walk to the MRT station and it is very simple to find your way around. Both the hotel's breakfast and evening buffet meals were good. The bar closed rather early! Swimming pool nice but not many sun loungers."

"Nice hotel in a great location. We love the Orchard Road area. The breakfast is very nice. We did not eat dinner there so can't comment on that. The standard rooms are smallish but well laid out. They were fine for our purpose as we did not spend much time in our room other than sleeping. I would certainly stay there again and would send my friends there."
