"The hotel is amazing, placed in the heart of Venice and every single person from the staff was incredible to me and my family."

"Very very close to San Marco square and easily walkable to many attractions nearby. Staff was 12/10 always friendly and doing the extra mile in terms of service and room details. Only cons were the mattresses being very hard and that the streets were loud from the room, at night when shops were closing, as well as the bell tower ringing at 12pm and 7am, but that is not the fault of the hotel."
