Steigenberger, St. Moritz hotels

My queries sent online before I arrived were promptly responded to by Christian, the front office manager, and Sarah, working in the front office. They arranged for complimentary pickup to and from the train station; so much so I don’t have to handle my luggage the moment I was picked up. Superb condition, nice spa, breakfast with a wide range of variety- freshly cooked station & juices counter.

Friendly front desk staff and great location. An impressive historical hotel. No air conditioner though...which generally is Ok but for people like me who is afraid of heat, it could be a little problematic.

Room is clean, staff are kind and approachable, breakfast is appetising and with nice view, near to train station and convenient access to central.

Staff were extremely friendly, such a joy to have stayed with them.

Sergio was very nice and accommodating! The free shuttle provided makes it very convenient despite the hotel being a bit far from the town center. Views are the best
