"Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee. All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in a seaside location WELL DONE Gwesty Links"

"The room was clean, fairly comfortable bed but the shower was appalling. The shower unit was one of those where you turn the dials for on/off and temperature, mainly used in cafe toilets. The water trickled very slow and it was luke warm or cold and kept stopping mid flow. It has to be the worst shower I've ever come across in the last thirty plus year's of travel. I reported the problem to reception but nothing was done to fix it. The location of the hotel is good but it needs major modernising and updating. All in all I was not very impressed."

"We had such a lovely stay at this Hotel. The sea view from our room was absolutely amazing — waking up right in front of the pier made the whole trip feel extra special. The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to help us. Parking was full when we arrived, but one of the staff kindly offered us his own parking space, which we truly appreciated. That level of kindness and customer service made a big difference. Breakfast was delicious and everything cooked well. Honestly, I cannot fault our stay at all. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!"

"The Cae Mor Hotel is in a perfect location for the Theatre and the nearest shopping centre, and has its own car park. The Hotel Staff are very friendly and professional. Our Room was in a prime position overlooking the sea, very clean and well equipped. The Breakfasts and Dinners were very good. The Hotel is well run. "

"Excellent dog friendly hotel. Room had a massive king size bed and was to a high standard. Good coffee Maxine in the room and nice touches like.coins for the seaside slot machines. Dog bowl and dog rug. Toiletries were Elemis. Breakfast cooked and also cold buffet. Dogs even got cooked sausage. Bar area was good with draught beer. Excellent location near the pier. Definitely would stay there again if we were to revisit Llandudno. "
