"When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help...

"Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...

"We stayed at this hotel for a week and loved it!! The staff is great and the hotel has a lot to offer. Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner apart from reserved dinners that come with the all inclusive. Overall we had a great experience 10/10!"
