"트윈객실의 난방이 준비되지 않은 상태에서 예약을 받아 네시간 가량 난방을 하였음에도 침구류가 한기가 가득하여 도저히 취침이 불가능하여 퀸베드로 다운그레드하였음. 그럼에도 불구하고 어떠한 사과나 다운그레이한 방과의 차이액에 대한 보상은 없었음. "

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"

"Very clean room. Staff is very polite and clean room every day keeping it spotless. I will come back again 100% Hotel is at a walking distance to all Major bus stops and a metro station. Plenty of food places about 1 min away from it."

"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"I had to scurry and find a hotel in Seoul. I found Hotel the May and will definitely be back. Property is gorgeous, staff is amicable and helpful and the surrounding area has multiple restaurants. A bit off the beaten track for tourist attractions, but that was what I was looking for. Will definitely be visiting again soon!"

"가족들과함께 패밀리룸 이용했어요~ 두가족과 어머님까지 같이있기에 너무넓고 좋았네요 각방과 거실에 에어컨이있고 화장실도 두개에 따로 분리되어있어요~!! 넓은주방과 냉장고도 대식구나 여러가족이용하기에도 좋았네요 아이들은 하루종일 튜부썰매와 수영장에서 놀고 저녁에는 실내그릴이용해서 가족모두함께식사하기좋아요~ 다만 아이들이용할때 화장실이 너무 미끄러우니 조심하셔요~!! 수건 침구깨끗해서 기분좋게 잘놀다왔어요~^^"

"Not recommend if you plan to stay with children. Good for individual or two people staying while traveling. Parking not available on site but you can use market public parking lot #2 for overnight parking. It’s about 5 minute walk."

"위치좋고 가까운곳에 이마트24등 편의시설잘되어있고 족구장, 수영장, 각 방마다 바베큐 장 등이 인산적이였으며 입구에 인포겸 카페가 있어 편리하였다 단지 따로 잘때 바닥에 별다른 매트등이없어 좀 불편한것이 유일한 흠 친구들과 잘놀다감~"
