"Unfortunately this property has ants. They refused to believe me or give me a refund until I literally made the woman at the front desk walk up to the room with me and we counted the ants together and she finally admitted they were there. The property then covered my stay at another property, in my opinion an admission of guilt surrounding how the staff member handled the situation. Why would I lie about there being ants in my room? What would I gain from that? I would personally avoid this...
