"Lenox was the perfect accommodation that made our family trip to Boston even more comfortable and enjoyable. Everything—from the atmosphere and service to the location and kindness—was absolutely satisfying."
"I absolutely love this hotel! I have been visiting Boston yearly for many years now and have always booked my stay there. Staff is always extremely professional, accommodating and friendly every time I visit. The rooms and amenities are exceptional. I love this hotel so much that I've recommended it to others who have stayed there as well and they absolutely love it, too! A vacation within a vacation! "
"The Royal Sonesta was perfect for our family vacation. We had a small room that featured two "queen" beds. It was small but we were not there for the room. We spent two nights visiting the Science museum and the location was great! The pool was open until 10 which was great because we were too busy during the day to enjoy it. There is a large shopping mall across the street. We had a nice breakfast at the restaurant on site with views of the Charles River. We will be back! "
"The charm of this hotel begins as you enter the front doors. The concierge were very helpful and allowed us to check our luggage in the morning before check in. The King sized bed and couch were very comfortable. The breakfast included was very good and plentiful with a lot of options. Our only regret was we never made it up to the top floor enclosed roof study, reading room."
