The problem I had was upon arrival, I had checked my daughter into the hotel. I asked if I could park just outside to unload and check-in. The woman at the desk said it would be ok for 15 minutes. Two days later I parked there and went inside to help my daughter bring down her suitcases. Coming out, I had a parking ticket of 900 kroner. I asked the male receptionist, and they had nothing to do with my distress, he claimed. When I pointed out that the first receptionist had told me it was okay, he claimed I could try to complain to management, but that they were hardliners and probably did not care about my
complaint. I find this attitude rude, in such a classy hotel, you should be able to be advised about potential parking tickets outside in their loading section for luggage!
