Wonderful and welcoming! Access to transportation was perfect. Staff were wonderful, they exceeded our expectations. Food at the hotel was excellent.

Large suite was wonderful. Very good breakfast with Rebecca as our host, who was very friendly and helpful. Great location by the Rhein very close to Old Town

Perfect location , very nice place and the staff of both the hotel and resturant was amazing. Breakfast owas delicious. We for sure would return and stay here again.

This hotel was beautifully situated on the banks of the Rhine in Stein Am Rhein old town. A short distance from the cycle route, with secure bike storage available. Check in was fuss-free and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink which was nice and luggage taken to the room. The rooms are all accessed via stairs, there is no lift. Our room was modern, spacious and comfortable. A swiss-euro plug convertor was supplied, along with a fan, both of which were appreciated. No in-room hot drinks. There was a problem with the shower blocking but this was immediately and effectively fixed by extremely attentive staff. We ate dinner in the hotels outdoor restaurant and enjoyed excellent food with somewhat patchy service - like the sea it ebbed and flowed! Breakfast was included and served in a pleasant breakfast room, full range of the usual Euro breakfast. Coffee was excellent

A beautiful spot
What a beautiful spot! We were offered a welcome drink, which was certainly appreciated. Single room was small and basic, but later upgraded to a double room which was in very good condition. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and there was a heat wave, so it was difficult to keep cool. The proprietress was very friendly and helpful with arranging taxis, etc.

Hôtel sympathique de qualité moyenne
Les propriétaires sont très aimables et accueillants. La chambre double très moyenne. Bizarrement agencée. Le dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel a été très moyen. Très belle vue sur le Rhein du restaurant.
