The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Beds were nice and comfy!!! Only weird thing is they do make you pay an additional fee for parking.

What a beautiful surprise..

I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised to see how incredibly clean the hotel was. With the amount of traveling we do for work, it is hit and miss finding really nice hotels despite the reviews. The staff was amazing and the stay was wonderful.

We enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and facilities. The indoor pool was nice even on a rainy day, and we were impressed by the large free breakfast selection. We would stay here again.

If you are in the Tracy area, this place is definitely a place to stay at. My family and I loved our stay here. The front desk staff were accommodating and so was housekeeping. The breakfast was also good. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Power was out for almost 12-hours straight. Front desk staff tried to force me to check out because they mistakenly only gave me a room for one night after I had paid for two nights. Multiple room charges resulted, affecting my credit card funds. Will not go back.
