The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s close to public transport, making it easy to reach Belvedere Palace (1.2 miles away). It’s great for families, with an indoor play area and wheelchair access. Overall, it’s a cozy, well-located spot for a Vienna stay. Location: The S7 train from the airport drops you at St. Marx. which is a 10 min walk from the hotel. All main attractions are a short train ride away. Check In: Very efficient. Reception Staff: Very good and friendly. We were a bit early but she gave us the key to our room since it was ready. Room: Very spacious and a good Brazilian vibe. Kitchen: Had all the implements needed to make breakfast (fried eggs, boil milk etc) everyday. Television: Smart TV. So could access my youtube channel for some entertainment."
