"Unsupervised kids club most of the time (Friday-Sunday) even on Friday when it was supposed to be supervised"

"Staff was very professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating to me. I had a very late check-in and the hotel staff communicated well, which made the process seamless. The room was clean and there was a nice breakfast. Only a 9 min walk from Chur train station."

There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "
