"There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

"I had booked 2 3bedroom apartments but was told only one 3 n one 2 bedrooms were available after making payment. Although a cashback was given the 2 apartments were in different blocks which was very inconvenient. The rooms were very clean n well maintained but no cooking was allowed."

"The 1st impression of our unit was so-so, including the cleanliness.. aircon in bedroom 1 was blowing air but not cold.. in bedroom 2 was cold and bedroom 3 using fan as aircon was down.. however the view from our unit was awesome though. the pool was just a stone throw. As night fell, we approached Shaik abt the aircon as we, a family of 6, were feeling uncomfortable. Without any delay, Shaik did what is best for us. "Very nice place. Kids friendly. I was with my family. We. enjoyed a lot. The area has some issue with house flies . But the hotel management tried their best to control it via pest control measures. They also highlight this issue upfront. So choose the restaurant where you want to have your breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner wisely."

"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "
