"Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. "The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in.
