"This is our second time of staying at Santa Fe came in on a Tuesday night for a one night stay with the I booked through Hotels.com and it said the check-in would tell us ask us what kind of a room we wanted or they would assign us Tuesday night they weren’t that busy got up to the room and it was two queens which I don’t like. I prefer a King ass went back down and asked for a King and I was told they didn’t have any kings. This was not a busy night. This was not anything else. The bathroom was extremely small. You got bumped your elbow trying to get the toilet paper out other than that, it wasn’t a bad place to say."

"We were double-charged on our credit card not an issue we want on vacation and we'll have to handle that when we get back home to our state. The air-conditioning has a control box on the wall, but it does nothing. A very rude Valet with nowhere to park to check-in. There's no coffee maker in the room, so you'll have to drive across the street to the mini-mart or go into the casino to buy one. But the bed was comfortable. Overall, no hospitality or customer service so we won't stay there again."
