"This hotel truly made my trip unforgettable. From the incredible customer service to their attention to detail, I felt well taken care of the entire time. Check-in was a bit rocky since we couldn’t get into our room until 3pm due to the hotel being full, which meant adjusting some of our plans. However, the staff went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. Since it was my birthday, they placed me on a nice floor with a beautiful view and even sent a thoughtful birthday surprise to the room. Throughout our stay, they were attentive to every request whether it was arranging car service, helping with food, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable. A special thank you to Jason at the front desk for his outstanding service and thoughtful birthday detail, I truly appreciated it. Andres was always welcoming, greeting us with a smile and helpful recommendations. Katherine assisted us with coordinating car services, which made everything so much easier. And Diego at the rooftop bar absolutely amazing! His service and energy made our very first day extra memorable. The hotel itself is stunning. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the heated pool made swimming so enjoyable. The location feels safe and convenient, with a 24-hour market just down the street. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thank you"
