"The location is on the beach making it accessible to many other beaches, piers and hotels. The free parking is ample, the front desk were kind and helpful. The limit of food options on site is minimal but Friendly's and other local places to eat are walking distance. The halls, and rooms were clean but very dated. The smell of pot lingers in the halls and sometimes elevator. Not a fan. I looked for no carpet for a fresher smell. But, the shower faucet, toilet rolls, phone and lamps were...

The property was convenient because we were there for Parent Weekend at Coastal Carolina University. Staff was welcoming and attentive. The pool area was clean and well-maintained. The property is in need of some updates such as carpets and some minor maintenance (shower head was not stable and some other damage in the bathroom), but overall pretty clean. "
