"Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

Tours we took picked us up at the hotel, so that was a bonus. "Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward. "
"This hotel is amazing and a must recommend when visiting Jeju Island. Based on other’s reviews, I was aware that we will need to rent swimming caps if swimming indoors so this didn’t bother me. As for dining, they have good options in the facility but if you want to taste famous local dishes, it is not far away by car. Everything is amazjng including the convenience store on site and the games area that is available for all to use. The room is great and one of the best lay out and decor I have ever seen. The only thing I would recommend is to add laundry facilities because there are swimming pools everywhere and although they provide clothes hanger, the clothes might not dry on time prior to checkout or your flight. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would come here again!"
