"This was a comfortable hotel for the price with a nice location along the waterfront in the Tapdong neighborhood. Several other reviews mention parking issues, but I didn't have any. The parking attendants will park smaller sedans in the B2 because the larger sedans and SUV will not fit in the car elevator so they want to save the B1 parking for those. The night before I left I told them I was leaving early to catch the ferry so they parked my car in B1. My only negative from the stay was the pool doesn't open until 1 pm and closes at 9 pm. With temperatures in the high 90s all week, it would have been nice to go for early morning and late evening swims."

"We stayed for a whole week. Our sea view suite room had an amazing view of ์์ฌ and we were able to see fireworks from the room on Friday night. We never used the pool or ate the buffet breakfast because neither seemed worth what they were charging. The pool had a great view but looked super small and crowded during peak season. It was crazy hot while we were in Jeju in July 2026 so we spent a lot of time driving out to the beaches. Be aware that the parking lot is an outdoor gravel lot that fills up fast after 6pm and then people start double parking each other in. Sometimes the air conditioning would randomly turn off in the middle of the night and there would be a funky smell coming out of the bathroom vents. This only happened twice out of our 6 night stay tho so it might have been a temporary thing. Overall Iโd recommend it for people trying to stay on this part of Jeju near the food street and ์๊ทํฌ market."

"I had to book this hotel otherwise we will sleep at street at mid night. Expedia gave us scammer property at our original booking. No way check in and no way to reach them. Customer service took us almost two hours on phone to wait and then told us no way to check in and no way give us new hotel. Totally unacceptable! I had severe cold fever with two young kids stay outside street like homeless at 11:30 pm. I choose the hotel which is closer to us and there is late check . Total ruined my full 12 days vocation. Customer service in Expedia had less experience at this situation. He said he can not find hotel around us and later said he can not book outside of country. Waste time. I booked again on Expedia with this property. I requested Expedia took off morning Madrid off the listing and pay us these two days hotel as promised."

"Free parking in hotel but need to call for car 15 mins ahead of time because of valet arrangements. No toilet accessories provided so be informed ahead. Beds were a bit too โbouncyโ for my liking. Reasonably quiet."

"Location is right next to Nanta theatre. Besides Jeju Starlight World Park & Planetarium, there is nothing much nearby. No bellboy service too. Rooms were cleaned daily. However, room didnt come with amenities like toothbrush, toothbrush or comb. Do bring your own."

"The place is so lovely. Very nice room. The ocean is fantastic in the area. So many cute shops to go to near by and great food. For English speakers they have a restaurant attached to the hotel and the owner is very nice and fluent in English. Called Roll Tide. Amazing place to walk on the water in the morning. "
