"Clean hotel with good service. Building and decor need refreshment. No bulb in the lamp in my children's room (family room). Not a massive issue so I didn’t mention it to staff, who I'm sure would have sorted it. Bathroom excellent and loads of room. Breakfast buffet not available but hotel wasn't busy and hot breakfast was available on request. We miss the swimming pool. Brilliant location."

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Swansea. Good choice of breakfast including a welsh breakfast, didnt try this time but will try on next visit. Great sized bedroom. With a choice of bath and shower. Great Molton brown products for bath and shower. Brilliant reception staff who came up to room to check my room key worked."

"From the time we stepped into the hotel the receptionist was so helpful and accommodating to the fact we were 3 hrs early . The bar is very relaxing and spacious the staff couldn’t do enough for you . We had an evening meal which was spectacular. And breakfast what a menu beautiful. The staff and accommodations is amazing "
