It was March break, so it was very busy. Check in was great. The gentleman was very kind. I also Had my niece there for the pool but there was no towels for us to use and we asked the front desk and they were very rude about it. Knowing it’s March break they should have been prepared for lots of towels to be used. Upon check out the staff was incredibly rude, I did not get a name cause I just wanted to get out of there. I asked if I could pay on debit and was refused. I won’t be in a hurry to get back there

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We do apologize for the lack of availability of towels. We did take measures such as having towels only available from the Front Desk to help with the demand. Admittedly this demand can be difficult for us to predict and we'll try to do better in the future. We'll also pass along your feedback to management regarding your check out. At check in a Credit Card is required however you can pay cash or debit at check out. This should have been better explained to you.
The gentlemen at the front desk was rude when we were checking in. Also I feel the pool should be monitored because there were many kids on the water slide that were jumping and making chains and purposely getting stuck in it which was holding up the line up for the other kids!

Hello, our Hotel is actually located on crown land so we do not currently offer tax exemption. However we do offer a First Nations rate which is not available when booking through a Third Party such as Expedia. Please contact the hotel directly for special rates. Thank you!

The staff were really great especially 2 young fellows that helped out a lot with my small dog so I could grab coffee, etc. Very personable. The rooms were upgraded since the last time I stayed it is a fairly noisy hotel not to sound proof. And the rooms could’ve been a little cleaner, but all in all, it was very convenient and a decent stay.

Staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean, and they had an actual crib for my baby. The pool was out of service at the time, we didn't book it for the pool, but i could see how it would be upsetting if someone did. There was no notice prior to our arrival about the pool.

First time staying at the Hampton Inn in Sydney and have been singing your praises to all my friends and family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Front desk staff, particularly Mark and Amesh were wonderful, giving us directions and keeping us informed. Breakfast was excellent and facilities wonderful. Thank you :)

The front desk worker who introduced the property was nice. However, the room's furniture was worn and in need of replacing, the jacuzzi's electronics (the buttons) didnt work. The room had a general unclean feeling. Some things in the room like the stereo didnt have bluetooth. This was a great room 10 years ago but needs updating. The front desk worker on the way out didnt say hello, he said "what?" And didnt ask how our stay was. "What room you in?" And then he also didnt thank us for staying. Didnt say have a nice day. He said "k its paid". Very unprofessional.

Loved the breakfast…staff were great at the breakfast too…unfortunately the coffee was terrible…such an important thing to so many guests…this would be the only area that needs drastic improvement!!!
