To get there was a 10 minute ferry ride from the train station and then a 5 minute walk over the Rialto Bridge. We had a spacious room with comfortable bed, very modern and clean. We had a view of the Grand Canal, and found the room very quiet when the windows were closed. The breakfast was superb. We can't fault in, and would definitely recommend it to others."
