"We stayed at the 2 bedroom family suite on August 5-7 with 2 kids and 3 adults. The room is very spacious, location is good since itโs in a mall (thereโs a grocery store at the lower level and lots of food options, Starbucks and 7-11 too). Itโs a bit of a walk to the nearest MTR station especially with kids but they do offer free shuttle service to and from Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok. Buffet breakfast at their resto can be better. Nelson at the concierge was fantastic! We also got a complimentary fruit platter as welcome from Asst. Mgr. Eric Lam. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"Usual standard jwm. If you're staying here, it's much more touristy and family than Conrad or my favorite MO. But for a quick solo trip it's good and breakfast is nice. Gym is adequate. Pool is short but very nice when not too crowded. Walls are thin and had issues with people talking after 2am until 4am. Called front desk but never really was settled. Liked it but won't stay again."
