"Great location, close to shops and restaurants and mtr sataion. Kowloon park was also right next to the hotel. Only downside was we paid for an xtra bed so the staff gave us an option to Upgrade our suite for an additional £377 that included early check in. But the xtra bed was very uncomfortable my husband ended up sleeping on the couch for 7 nights. So technically we paid a lot of money for just an early check in. At this point we were very tired we had a 12 hr flight and were travelling with 2 children and we got to the hotel at 11 but check in was at 3:00pm. The staff said our room wasn’t ready yet because I suggested I don’t mind paying for an early check in. So i would’ve been waiting around 5 hrs before we got our room. Thats when they suggested we take the suite that was ready with the xtra bed. So I felt I had to take that option because my kids were so exhausted. I think for future reference staff need to be a little more emphatic towards families."

"This hotel is in a great location and has a lovely bar that has nice cocktails and food the staff are lovely and do try to resolve any issues you have. The issue we encountered the property has an issue with noise when other people use showers, if you are in that side of the property and on floor 23 in a suite you will hear the pipes rattling and clanging. We did go down early hours to report the sounds and at first they kind of denied it, we recorded the sounds and played them back and all was ok after that, they did say they were going to try and get it fixed, we were moved to floor 21, the noise was less but still remained. Overall a nice clean property but can be a little noisy!"

"The room is very lovely, the little toddler totally love it. It is clean. I love the food at the Ink and Plate Restaurant. Really go for dinner buffet instead, its much quieter with lesser crowd and the characters goes table to table to take pictures with you. Although the wait can be very long"
