Everything was perfect, room was clean, staff helped us as much as possible. Location was perfect, located 5 minutes walk from Feng Chi Night Market and 10 minutes from Taichung Central Park. Had troubles with checking as the hotel only accepts taps for credit cards. So keep that in mind if you’re a traveling here.

It’s all automatic. The technology blows my mind. However, you really need a mobile data line to access the room.

Ok for a two night stay
The best part about this hotel is the location, within 10 min walk to Feng Chia night market. The room was quite small and felt crammed. There is no breakfast served and no staff on site. Check in and room key are all digitized. I still prefer talking to a human. Probably would not stay here again.

Everything was good except there is a smoke smelling when we 1st enter the room... Other than that everything is perfect..Hotel is quite close to Fengjia night Market too! Will come back next time!

Nice clean good location
Great hotel, computer check in after 3. Great location, close to night market. Room is nice and clean. Separate study area. Surprise night delivery by the Robat machine.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable Hotel Stay
I like our stay. It was clean, convenient and novel. I especially like the warming toilet seat and the bidet. The bed was comfortable, cozy. The room temperature was just perfect.

CP挺高的、入住很方便！ 整體算還不錯、但就是櫃子椅子因為是木質有些老舊了、一進房會有味道！ 浴室還算乾淨、但就蓮蓬頭生鏽有些髒、握把鬆掉會一直轉動！該換新了喔～

缺乏人性的自動化旅社
適合年輕人的自助旅店，無人check-in全程靠手機QR code開房門開電梯解鎖,看似新潮但實用性完全高估... 房間冷氣不冷打電話需等待長時間派人檢查，一次不行派兩次派三次房間還是熱到爆炸只能打開房門靠走廊的空調稍微降低房內溫度...最後是從自家車上搬了一台露營用小風扇搭配全家人冷水澡降溫後草草過夜了事，算是相當火大的住宿體驗

性價比有8.0的旅館
全都是機器自動化，沒有櫃檯人員接待，但是非常方便易使用，若有問題聯繫客服人員馬上能得到解決，房間乾淨且位置好位在鬧區，靠近逢甲夜市，非常方便，備品齊全，會推薦來台中旅遊的友人入住。

地理位置超棒的無人自助飯店
走路到逢甲夜市只要3分鐘，入住超方便，飯店使用全自助系統，房卡綁定手機QR碼，手機就是房間鑰匙，很特別的科技體驗，房間麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，還可以使用機器人訂餐系統，點外送之後，機器人會送餐到房門口

乾淨明亮，四人房超大間，衛浴乾濕分離還是免治馬桶但缺點是洗手檯設置在廁所外面離床太近，不是很喜歡。

Self check in is the signature of this hotel. It maybe hard for me when I check in as first time, but I can still contact the staff by phone and got their reply very quick and successfully checked in through their instructions. The hotel is near Feng Chia market and supermarket which was great for me.

因為是自助登記...一開始有點不知所措..但有電話可以聯絡服務員..服務員很好..樂意幫助登記住宿..但唯不好我的是一定要3點先可以拎房...QR code方便不用怕忘記帶鎖鑰..5分鐘到逢甲夜市超方便..

因為是主打無人飯店，入住時沒有收到飯店的訂單號碼，在大廳花了一些時間聯絡客服，才得以成功辦理入住。房間部分乾淨，但隔音實在是太差⋯⋯不管晚上睡覺時、早上還沒起床時，都能聽到附近房間的吵雜聲，實在不能好好休息，希望飯店能改善隔音不良的部分
