It’s a nice hotel with wonderful facilities and we’ve always enjoyed our stays there. However, it was not satisfying this time. There wasn’t any hot water for the first night and the next morning. I filed a complaint at the front desk on my way out for business. The lady at the front desk wasn’t pleasant at all to receive my complaint. I was the one who didn’t have hot shower and I had no idea why she was giving me her attitude. Later the day I received a call to inform me that the problem was resolved and they a bottle of red wine was left which was a nice gesture. I had supper at Rose Café on the first floor and the food was superb but the service was disappointing. My family and I would go back again because of the relaxing atmosphere, the great facilities, the wonderful food and open space. Hopefully the staff would be more welcoming at our next visit.
