Comfortable Hotel with Good Breakfast!
Very comfortable and nice hotel. Spacious and clean room with a good morning breakfast selection including both Western and Asian choices. My favourite is their beef soup. They provide a pot of hot beef broth and you can select the fresh thinly sliced beef and placed in your personal bowl. Absolutely delicious.

The hotel looks bright and like new from outside. Its staff is very polite and helpful. Its restaurants seemed to have few guests. And the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was closed on the night I stayed. We did not feel like to eat at the buffet restaurant on the B1 floor. We ended up eating dinner on the first floor’s cafe which is fine. I had hoped it has more selection of restaurants.

I was amazed by the attitude of the front desk staff when I informed them that my room key can open my friend room. They said that they will follow up and brushed me off. Hope this is a one off event.

5-star hotel with more to expect next visit
It’s a nice hotel with wonderful facilities and we’ve always enjoyed our stays there. However, it was not satisfying this time. There wasn’t any hot water for the first night and the next morning. I filed a complaint at the front desk on my way out for business. The lady at the front desk wasn’t pleasant at all to receive my complaint. I was the one who didn’t have hot shower and I had no idea why she was giving me her attitude. Later the day I received a call to inform me that the problem was resolved and they a bottle of red wine was left which was a nice gesture. I had supper at Rose Café on the first floor and the food was superb but the service was disappointing. My family and I would go back again because of the relaxing atmosphere, the great facilities, the wonderful food and open space. Hopefully the staff would be more welcoming at our next visit.

Quiet stay
Quiet and comfy enough. Molded areas in the shower and I told the receptionist about the broken weight scale the first night but it was never fixed by the time we checked out on the third day in the morning. Will go back again because it’s quiet and no smoky smell in the room.

Egads! The carpet was so dirty inside of the room that I didn’t even want to change into the room slippers. Take a look at photo of the carpet. 5-star rating by the Ministry of Transportation is a joke.

舒適、服務很周到

The toilet is so small that it is suitable for children. The bowl is small to start with. The hotel added a washlet that occupies a good part of the opening. The buffet arrangement is questionable during the pandemic.

Good sleep without smell of cigarettes
It’s a 5-star hotel but the towels were old and smelt awful. Great thing is that NO smelt of cigarettes at all. Hotels in Asia, although marked no smoking, tend to smell cigarettes especially in the evening even with 5-star hotels.
