"The hotel said: they system was broken, so caused a double booking,the only thing can help us is cancel and change date .we can not stay in the desired date, forced to re-book the replacement date and pay money again . "This is a very tired resort in a beautiful location. Apart from the large pool area which is great and the adjoining beach most of the resort is in very poor condition and in many places some of the buildings would be condemned.
