Great hotel in old town with parking available in the back which was very helpful for me. Walk out the hotel make a left and ur on the main long shopping road. Leads to everything. Great staff as well. Everything is walkable for all the main old town sites.

The property is very conveniently located in Old Town Tallinn. You can walk around for hours and come back to the hotel for a short rest then head out again. The breakfast buffet is excellent - wide/varied spread, sumptuous and timing is perfect because you can have it as early as 7am (8 am on weekends) and it is so filling it will sustain you until mid-afternoon or even up to dinnertime. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is there is a nightclub and movie house next to it so it can be loud at night. But we were told the nightclub will be closed soon. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will definitely go back.

Great place!
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, big bathroom and comfortable beds. Perfect location as everything is just steps away. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety.

Hotel is located in great location, 2 min walk from Town Hall. Good facilities, good breakfast, the thing is not convenient, that to get to the reception you need to carry suitecase by stairs.

Convenient location to Freedom Square, boutique shopping and buses, however bear in mind that taxis drop you off 1min from the hotel, which may impact you if you have lots of luggage or a heavy luggage. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. The room was very spacious and comfortable as expected

Old town gem in perfect location
Outstanding location in the heart of old town, walkable to all of the old town attractions including the city square, historic sites such as the churches, and numerous restaurants, bars, and clubs. Very attentive and helpful staff available all day and night. Clean rooms with nice bathrooms. Spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel - really well located in the old town. Is a little dated but rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms. Cleanliness could be a little better (glitter on pillow one night, slightly dirty carpet) and there was a strange drain like smell in the lobby. Breakfast was overall good but maybe not worth the 15 eur as the fruit salad was tinned (for example). For the price I paid and the room quality and location overall I was happy. Staff were also very friendly.

Room was tiny compared to the pictures ; room was not cleaned the first day ; breakfast was average and we were rushed out just after 10 - saying it closes at 10. All in all not worth the 4 star experience the hotel was supposed to offer

All the rooms are different; if you let us know when you arrive, we are always happy to change the room.We also apologize regarding the daily cleaning, It was our mistake, but I can see that you still got what needed, but with the delay.Regarding the breakfast situation, I can guarantee that the waitress is not rushing people to go, but they are just notifying them that breakfast is over. Everything needs to be cleaned and the new setup has to be done before lunch. I still hope you had a nice time exploring Tallinn.KelliHotel Management

Heart of old town. What they don’t tell you is it’s adjacent to two different night clubs that play extremely loud bass music well into the early morning hours. We didn’t sleep at all. Staff didn’t seem to care.

We do have double windows in every room to reduce incoming noise, but since we are still in the Old Town, it is not always enough. Usually, they keep the noise in control but this weekend came as a surprise for us too.I am once again very sorry that you had no sleep because of the noise. I can guarantee that the staff cares about our guests but as we had a full house, we did not have many opportunities to change the room to the courtyard side. I was suprised by the breakfast. Though it was 10.45am they still brought salmon and bacon and there were no signs that it is going to be end soon.

Perfect hotel for a city stay
Formerly Soviet officer's quarters, this entirely renovated and cosy hotel is perfectly positioned on the edge of the old town walking district. My room was comfortable and overall the hotel was cosy and welcoming. It provides easy access to taxis and there are plenty of amenities you can walk to in the surrounding streets. The hotel offers a private sauna/spa facility on a pay per use basis.
