Nicely located, big clean rooms in centre of hanoi

"The hotel was a great place to stay with nice big rooms offering a queen bed with single bed for a family for three . The breakfast could have had more vegetarian options and in room service can be better as they serve breakfast only and nothing thereafter . Otherwise the place of perfect for a few days stay in Hanoi ."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it. "

All in one place to stay

"Everything you need, food, pool, gym, massage, grocery store. An entire living community with security and 24 hr reception. Only downside is it is not easy to get a Grab pick up. We used a cab orders by reception to go where we needed and used Grab to get back."
