Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). "Debbie was so warm and welcoming! Room is clean and contains all the needed amenities; perhaps add transparency cover to the upstairs bathroom in the family room. Nasi Lemak and food spread at breakfast were really good as well! Overall, thoroughly impressed and would patron this hotel again if u visit Ipoh!"
