"I wish we stayed longer! There was so much that this resort has to offer! We came late due to the flight, but we got to experience their many pools, the hot tub/cave sauna, the acupuncture stones. How we wish to see their mini town, slides and zoo! What I also like about this resort is that they provide insect repellant/lotion that keeps the bugs away from you and that really helped with our comfortability there. The only downside was the breakfast food. I wish they had more Malay dishes for...

The water flow from water tap in bath room is very small. Water heater's sound is very big. Air cond & TV are okay. Free parking on the street, I could see security guards were paroling at night. "Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

"My window didnt have a seal so the nosie would get through with no issue I ended up putting toilet paper as a insulation seal. And showered arent leaved enough to drain fasten for my preference. Everything else was perfect two very small issues."
