Stay 1 night, very nice and spacious. Easy check in and check out process. Location is very convenient, Pavillion is just beside the building.

Newly renovated hotel. Nice and clean rooms all around. Comfortable bed.

Second time to the hotel. Great place for family. Kids friendly pool. Staff are friendly. Room and facilities are very clean. Breakfast are awesome.

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

The hotel receptionist was very helpful. I had an early morning and left before 5am so he helped pack some breakfast for me, and had the bill ready so I could leave without any hassle. The club lounge was unstaffed during cocktail hours(probably because there weren’t many guests on that day) and I needed to call someone to open the drinks. But all else was good. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room was very clean. I think it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Putrajaya.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Convenient, well maintained, value for money, highly recommended.

The staffs are all welcoming and helpful.. The area is easy access to shop and restaurant.. I loveee it. Thank you i will definitely be back.

Everything is good except google map cannot find your location. Only Waze can find

need to upgrade, but overall still acceptable. Fitness centre treadmill almost down feel itchy halfway sleep in the night, not sure i;m dirty :) or the cover

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Following through an air-conditioned walkway for 6-7 minutes will bring you to the Pavilion shopping centre. The hotel extraordinarily convenient in terms of dining & shopping. Easy and quick check in. Clean and comfortable room. No issues at all with facilities. Easy access to the adjacent mall with reasonable food options. I would be happy to stay here again.
