As someone who regularly flies and frequently has to wait 40+ minutes for a pre-booked wheelchair to arrive - this was a revelation. Really well done. "

"It was only a quick 3-hour nap on a layover so I didn't really test everything, but for that it was good. Check in was easy, room was clean, good a/c, & comfy bed. Loved the cute airplane themes. No complaints (about the hotel—didn't have a bit of a fiasco with the taxi getting there but that's not the hotel's fault 😅) "

"they locked the balcony. stay there many times with the nice view of the sea. Staff cannot explain why and just said policy. I will not stay there anymore."
