"Great! Would come again next time"

"Very beautiful trip to malacca complemented by perfect facility and amenities provided by Swiss garden .the room , staff, facility , breakfast , location etc everything is perfect"

"Room is super spacious. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cosy hotel in the heart of Malacca."

"The hotel is managed with a 24-hr check in counter with housekeeping on standby, Daily room cleaning or towel change is not provided unless if you request for it. The breakfast provides a wide variety and the food was fresh and delicious. One downside is the elevator crowd during peak hours where we had to wait a long time for the elevator to arrive and a long time inside the elevator to reach our floor. The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...

" Overall A great place to stay "

"I enjoyed my stay there. The view was great, and the atmosphere was mostly quiet, though there was some noise from outside in the early morning. The WiFi could be stronger, but overall, everything else was satisfactory. "

"Room is clean and hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping centre. Parking is easy and safe IMHO."

"Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient. Highly recommended.and I would gladly stay here again!"

"Great stay and a lot of food option nearby."

"tq atlantis residence for your hospitality and next trip we will come back"

"Amazing place, great sea view! Nice clean house with spacious rooms, spacious balcony, safe parking and neighborhood, great cafes nearby."

"Very upset with front desk staff not giving proper information about parking. My booking was included free parking but during check in staff was told that no free parking for my booking package and ask to park jockey pay rm50 or open parking per entry RM5… This is unacceptable behaviour of front desk staff who duty.. have no choice, have to park open parking and pay rm5.. then have to walk to hotel room. Luckily no rain that day.."

"pool are not open, so paying for room with room+pool charge are expensive. Trying to call before booking but not pick up. very dissappointed because the main objective are to bring the kids to the "hotel" and playing pools."

"Great location"

"We will be back! Awesome place!"

"Nice room and well equipped. Pool require to have a proper maintenance from the management, in order to have a clean and clear water in the adult pool site. Possible to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.. otherwise the smells of fungus and the stuffiness are very obvious."

"Nice environment and near the shopping area"
