"❶ オーナー側の部屋番号の配置&連絡ミスによるトラブルに巻き込まれ、夜中寝ているところを起こされ、とても怖い思いをしました。夜中にベルを鳴らされ、オーナーによりドアを開けられたのですが、事前に連絡や説明をすべき！いきなり鍵を開けるのは違法&犯罪では？ ❷ またトイレットペーパーの補充が一つも置いてなくて困りました。(アプリのサイトを使って連絡しました) 最終日に部屋を出た後以外には、掃除してもらえない仕組みのようです。だから、途中でタオル交換やトイレットペーパーの追加なども、何らかの方法で伝えないと、してもらえません。"

"We thoroughly enjoyed a beautuful room and pool with a great view of the strait for for six nights. Our comfortable king bed, decor, safe drinking water and complementary drinks were much appreciated. We also appreciated the friendly manner and sensible advice from the staff at the lobby counter.
